Though wine and women are the main themes, other themes may be submitted (exceptions stated in the Rules & Terms). Event date is confirmed for Saturday, September 23rd, 2023. Site selection is being finalized. This will be a ticketed event to cover event costs. The Film Freeway project entry fee does not constitute a ticket to the live event, only entry in the festival competition. Official Selection means acceptance into the showcase and featured promotions, it is not a guarantee of live screening. Due to program time constraints, a limited selection of films will be screened at the live event (films over 90 minutes will not be eligible for live screening).

WWFF supports the "Protect Women" program, a mission created by the Tim Tebow Foundation in an effort to protect victims of violence, abuse and human trafficking. We have created a team page with a fundraising goal of $10K to support this cause.
